ASI received the Outstanding Maritime & Ship Cybersecurity Product Innovation Award and the Outstanding Maritime & Ship Information Security Compliance Pioneer Award at the ArtiMaritime Awards 2026 in Shanghai.
From April 21–23 at Singapore Maritime Week (SMW), ASI (AquaSync Innovation) presented its full-suite future-oriented maritime solutions across automation, digitalization, smart systems and ship cybersecurity.
From March 25 to 27, 2026, AquaSync Innovation (ASI) made its appearance at the APM Singapore Maritime Exhibition. As a leading provider of vessel digitalization and cybersecurity solutions, ASI showcased its latest achievements in ship cybersecurity, ship-shore integration, vessel automation and more, drawing wide attention and in-depth exchanges with numerous industry clients and partners.
From December 2–5, 2025, the China International Maritime Exhibition opened in Shanghai, gathering over 2,200 companies from 40+ countries and showcasing the deep integration of digitalization and security in the maritime sector.
ASI, a leader in ship cybersecurity, partnered with Fortinet at the exhibition to present professional ship cybersecurity solutions to a global audience. On December 3, ASI and Fortinet signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly advance cybersecurity solutions for shipowners and shipyards worldwide.
In collaboration with DNV, the trio launched an integrated E26/E27 ship cybersecurity solution, combining technology, security, and standards. This alliance provides comprehensive protection across the full ship lifecycle—design, construction, and operation—aligning with IMO cyber risk management requirements and moving the industry from passive defense to active immunity.
ASI also made history by receiving the world’s first Type Approval Certificate for a ship cybersecurity network switch from the China Classification Society (CCS), highlighting its technological leadership and industry recognition.
Looking forward, ASI will continue innovating with Fortinet, DNV, and global partners, delivering E26/E27-compliant solutions to empower smart ship upgrades and drive the safe, sustainable development of the maritime industry.
On July 30, 2025, ASI held a grand certification award ceremony for its ship cybersecurity product series at the Greater China Headquarters of DNV (Det Norske Veritas).
In April 2025, as a maritime cybersecurity systems integrator, ASI successfully assisted Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding (SWS) in helping the 114,000 DWT oil tanker “KEDROS” – built for Greek shipowner OCEANGOLD – pass onboard cybersecurity tests and obtain Lloyd’s Register (LR) cybersecurity certification. With its professional technical expertise and efficient service capabilities, ASI provided reliable cybersecurity assurance for the vessel’s digital systems, earning high praise from both the shipowner and shipyard.
