Project Overview
ASI implemented a ship-to-shore architecture for a 49,400 DWT tanker fleet. Onboard information cabinets integrate servers, data acquisition units, UPS and network switches to collect, store and transmit vessel data. A public-cloud shore platform receives this data in real time and provides HMI-based monitoring, analysis and decision support for fleet managers.

3,000+ data points per vessel
MQTT-based integration connects the shore platform with the onboard Kongsberg AMS system.
Near 1:1 Mimic Web replication
The cloud platform reproduces onboard AMS monitoring screens and can adapt to systems from other AMS suppliers.
Standardized fleet rollout
Six vessels have been delivered; after a 10-day first-vessel deployment, subsequent deliveries were reduced to around two days per vessel.
Full ship-to-shore visibility
Shore teams can monitor navigation attitude, machinery condition and crew operations for earlier risk identification and targeted maintenance.
